2 to 2 1/2 lb chicken
8 strips of bacon
1 green pepper, chopped
3 cloves or garlic, minced (or add more to taste)
2 onions, chopped
chicken stock
1 T flour
28 oz can of tomatos
12 ozs tomato paste
1 c cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz can of mushrooms, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
12 oz pkg spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken till tender, remove and reserve stock. Debone and deskin chicken and dice up the meat. In skillet, fry bacon till crisp. Remove, in drippings saute green pepper, garlic and onion til tender. Set aside.
Over low heat, in a 6 qt pan, thicken 1 c broth from before with 1 T flour.
Add tomatoes and paste, stir in peppers and onions. Add chicken, mushrooms and cheese. When cheese melted, crumble in bacon and remove from heat.
Cook spaghetti in leftover chicken broth and drain when al dente. Combine all ingredients and heat slowly.
Serve with parmesan.
