3 C hashbrown, frozen
½ C melted butter
8 eggs, beaten
1 C milk
Green onion, chopped, optional
Green pepper, chopped, optional
1 package sausage, browned
1 C cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put hashbrowns in a 9x13 pan and pour butter over the potatoes. Bake 20 mins, remove from oven and set aside. With 5 minutes baking time on the potatoes left, mix eggs, milk, onion, and green pepper. Lower temperature of oven to 350 degrees. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown. Sprinkle w/ sausage, then cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
