1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
6 c. Rice Chex Cereal
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine corn syrup, sugar and butter in a small pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add 1 c. peanut butter. In a large bowl, pour mixture over the cereal and fold together until well coated. Put into a buttered 9 x 13 pan. In a medium sized microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, the remaining 1/4 c. peanut butter and vanilla at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds. Once melted, pour over the cereal mixture.
