2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk (keep egg whites for top of crust)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 - pkgs. crescent rolls

Unroll and spread one package of crescent rolls on bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Cream together the cream cheese and 1 cup of the sugar. Add egg yolk and vanilla; mix well. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Unroll and lay flat the other package of crescent rolls on top of cream cheese mixture. Beat egg whites and brush on top of the crescent rolls. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar. Bake at 350º for 20 to 30 minutes.
