1 head of Cauliflower
1 head of Broccoli
50 g Butter
50 g Flour
500 ml Milk
100 g Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Mustard Powder

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat oven to 400ºF
2) Boil water and salt and cook cauliflower for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 3 more minutes.
3) Melt butter in a separate pan and add flour and mustard powder to create a roux. cook for 1-2 minutes stirring constantly. Add milk slowly and bring to a boil, then simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add most of the cheese until melted.
4) Add vegetables and sauce to an oven safe dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
