2 cups Almond flour
3 tsps Baking powder
1 tsps Salt
1/2 cup Oil

TOPPING
1/4 cup Orange juice
Rind of 1 Orange
1/3 cup Walnuts, ground fine

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients
Stir in milk and oil but do not mix together
Transfer to a waxed paper and kneed for 3-4 minutes until the dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl
Roll out to 1/2 inch thick
And cut out with a unfloured biscuit cutter

TOPPING
Mix all ingredients together until smooth

Place into muffin tins
Sprinkle top with topping evennely over the top with topping
Muffin tins will assure all is incroperated within the confined to the muffin tins and there is no mess to clean up in the oven!
Bake 450 * for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown
