Ingredients:  
1 whole cooked and deboned chicken. Save chicken broth to use.
1 can evaporated milk

Dough:

2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. crisco
5-6 Tbs. Chicken Broth (instead of water for dough)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in water and seasonings. When done, debone and cut chicken into bitesize pieces. Save broth.

Make Dough using recipe above. Roll out into thin layer. Let sit for about an hour after rolling it out. Then cut into 1" strips. Cook in chicken broth about 15 minutes or until done. After dumplings are done, remove from heat and add 1 can evaporated milk and cut up chicken. Cover until ready to serve.
