1 Cup Frozen Cauliflower (riced is best)
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (optional)
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds (optional)
1 Heaping Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (natural)
Milk to Cover (any milk can be used - nut, dairy, soy, etc.)
