Directions:
1. Put ingredients in bread machine pan as machine instructs. Select the dough cycle. The dough will be mixed and raised in the time alloted by the machine, anywhere from 1 hour, 30 min to 2 hours 30 minutes depending upon your machine.

2. Remove dough from pan. (Make one large potica by rolling out the dough into a 26" x 48" rectangle and using a 12" x 13" greased pan OR cut the dough into 2 parts and roll the dough into approximately 13" x 24" rectangles making two small poticas and using two 12" inch greased bread pans for baking. For smaller poticas, divide the dough into four sections rolling each section into approximately 7" x 12" rectangles and using the regular greased bread pans for baking.)

3. Mix all filling ingredients together and blend well so sugar is dissolved.

4. Spread the filling on the dough, roll tightly, seal edges and place in the pan.

5. Cover and let raise for 1 hour. Bake @ 325 degrees for 40-55 min.
