6 boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to season
1 cup cooking sherry
2 cans of 8oz. sliced mushrooms
2 pkgs of chicken gravy mix
2 cups sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brown both sides in butter/margarine. Place in a baking dish. Add 1 cup of cooking sherry plus the liquid from the mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

Remove chicken and add 2 pkgs. of chicken gravy mix to juices. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of sour cream. Add mushrooms. Place chicken back n sauce and cover and heat at 350 degrees until hot.

Serve over rice or noodles.
