2 c. fairly hot water
2 package rapid rise yeast
Pinch sugar
2 T. margarine
2 T. sugar
1 T. salt (heaping)
2 c. cake flour
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, yeast and sugar in small bowl.

Mix margarine, sugar and salt. Add yeast and water. Mix in cake flour and 2 c. flour. Knead until right consistency. Add 2 more c. flour and knead until stiff. Remove from bowl and let rest 20 minutes. Cut dough into four pieces.

Roll out and place in greased pans dusted with cornmeal. Cover with Saran wrap and put in fridge for 24 hours.

After 15 minutes of baking brush with egg whites and water.
