½ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup water
1 tablesp. lemon juice
1½ teasps. coarsely ground black pepper
1 teasp. salt
½ teasp. sugar
½ teasp. dry English mustard
1½ teasps. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1½ cups salad oil
½ cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients except oils and blend. Add oils, cover; shake vigorously to mix well. Chill thoroughly-shake again before using.
Makes 3 cups.
