Shredded lettuce
2 or more chicken breasts, cooked, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
3 or more cooked eggs, diced and chopped
6 or more slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled
3/4 cup (3 ozs) crumbled Roquefort cheese
2 avocados, sliced

Line large bowl with lettuce. Arrange in rows the rest of ingredients.
(I use more ingredients-1 lb. bacon, 6 eggs, more chicken, etc.)

Serve with Brown Derby French Dressing.
