1 ½ c King Arthur All Purpose Flour
½ tsp Kosher Salt
¼ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 c Brown Sugar
¼ tsp Xantham Gum
1 ½ c Old Fashion Oats

¾ c Whole Milk
½ c Oil
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

Stir together all dry ingredients
Whip together all wet ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

Bake at 350º in a quarter size sheet pan or a 9X13 pan for 40-45 minutes.

The original recipe called for Pillsbury Best Gluten Free Flour and no additional xantham other than what was in the Pillsbury Best.

Milk is anywhere from ½ cup to a full cup. Original recipe only calls for ½ cup.
