2 tsps Baking powder
1 tsps Salt
1/2 cup Oil
1 cup Milk

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients
Pour in oil and milk but do not mix together
Scrap bowl until dough forms and pulls away from the sides and forms a

Kneed for 3-4 minutes
Roll to 1/2 thick and, with a unfloured biscuit cutter, cut 16 biscuits
Transfer to ungreased muffin tins
Bake 450 * for 10-12 minutes or until or until golden brown
Serve with honey or jam and butter
