1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
2 Tbsp minced garlic
Juice of 1/2 medium lemon ( 2 Tbsp)

Directions:
Season chicken: in a small bowl, combine oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over chicken pieces and toss to coat.
Cook chicken: in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, melt 2 Tbsp butter. Add chicken in an even layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and mostly cooked through.
Add flavor: Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook for an additional minute until garlic is fragrant and chicken reaches and internal temperature of 165.
Finish: Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
