Pork loin
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
8 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
Can pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork loin in oil
Place in slow cooker
Rub pork with garlic
Top with soy and pineapple
Top with brown sugar
Slow cook on low for 6 hours
