1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana)
…. Strawberry jam for filling

Mixed wet ingredients together
Combine dry ingredients together
Spoon half the batter into the muffin tin, top with a tbsp of jam, top with more muffin batter.

Bake for 350 for 25 mins.
