Title: CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE

Ingredients:
CUP, TSPSPS

1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Milk
2 cup Almond flour
2 tsps Vanilla
Salt to taste or -1/4 tsps
1 Egg

TOPPING
1 cup Brown sugar
2 tbspsp Cinnamon
1/2 cube Butter
1 cup Candied fruit, chopped fine
1/2 cup Nuts, ground fine
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl beat sugar, butter and egg
Stir in milk
Add all dry ingredients plus egg, butler and sugar until well blended
TOPPING
Mix all ingredients together
Wisk bristly until combined
Pour batter into greased and floured a 9 X 9 square baking dish or pan
Top evenly with topping l
Bake 350 * for 20-25 minutes
Cut into 3 X 3 " squares
Serve, hot, from the baking dish or pan
