1 lb. macaroni
4 c. water
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. shredded fontina cheese
1/2 c. shredded parmesan

*Chef's note: go for the fancier block cheese for the best flavor and melt. Feel free to use other cheeses as well*

Add macaroni, water, butter, salt, ground mustard, paprika to the instant pot. High pressure for 4 minutes. Quick release (careful, sometimes this is messy!) stir in shredded cheeses and evaporated milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
