10 Tbsp. salted butter
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter slowly in a pot, do not boil.
Blend yolks and lemon juice in a blender for about 20-30 seconds.
Lower blender speed and slowly drizzle melted butter, continue blending as it thickens.
Taste sauce and adjust salt/lemon if desired. Add cayenne for some extra spice!
