Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Curry powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Ajwain seeds 1 pinch
Any fish of your choice 250g
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or large container, cover it, and marinate for 1-2 hours.
2. Put the pan on medium heat
3. Pour 1 tbsp of Vegetable oil
4. Put fish in the pan when it is hot enough
5. Cook both sides until golden brown
6. Enjoy!
