1½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup mashed pumpkin
½ cup oil
2 eggs beaten
¼ cup water
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir together flour, salt, sugar & baking soda into a large bowl
2. In another bowl, combine pumpkin, oil, eggs, water, spices and add to dry ingredients, mixing quickly but not too thoroughly
3. Stir in nuts
4. Pour into a well greased 9x5x3 loaf pan.
5. Bake in a 350º oven for 50-60 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean
