4 lbs. pork butt or shoulder
1 bottle (15-18 oz.) barbeque sauce
2 T. apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
To a slow cooker either sprayed with cooking spray or a liner:

Add pork roast, barbeque sauce and apple cider vinegar. Season top of roast with salt and pepper. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, until pork is cooked through.

Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred with 2 forks or mixer. Return pork to slow cooker and mix with sauce.

Serve warm on buns with slaw.
