1 lb. Cole Slaw mix
1 large bunch green onions, chopped.
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, chicken flavor (do not use flavor pkg.)
1/2 cup of sugar (I use 1/4 cup and it’s good)
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 T soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup almonds, slivered.
1/2 cup sesame seeds (optional)
1 cup sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine slaw and onions; set aside. Put small amount of butter or oil in skillet; crumble in noodles (not seasoning packet) and cook stirring until browned. Add almonds, when they brown, add sunflower nuts, and sesame seeds. Toss until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool.

Make the dressing by combining oil, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Mix well. Refrigerate.

Toss dressing with noodle mix and cabbage mix. Pour dressing over salad before serving. Noodle mix can be made ahead and refrigerated.
