1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ c. apple juice or white wine
Swiss cheese
1 box Stove Top Stuffing
¼ c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1½ quart casserole dish, mix soup and juice/wine together and spread evenly in bottom of the dish. Lay chicken breasts on the mix and cover with slices of the Swiss cheese. Pour the stuffing croutons over the cheese, sprinkle with the spice packet from the mix. Melt the butter and drizzle over the top. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes.

This is an easy dish to prepare ahead and stick in the oven when getting home from work as I did in 2014 when working at Memories Galore...the Scrapbooking Store! Add a salad and presto, dinner is served!
