2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1 cup thinly sliced celery
½ cup chopped onion
1 Tablesp. diced pimiento
5 hard cooked eggs, cubed
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts
Cayenne

Lightly mix all ingredients together. Put in buttered 2 QT. casserole. Top with potato chips. Bake at 350* 30 minutes.
