Brown 1 ½ lbs veal sliced as thin as possible and breaded with 2 eggs, salt pepper and dried bread crumbs. Transfer meat to large baking dish. Heat together for 10 minutes:

2 can (8 oz) Hunt’s tomato sauce, ¼ teasp. Worcestershire sauce, 1/8 teasp. garlic powder and 1 Tablesp butter. Pour over meat. Sprinkle top with grated parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350*. Grate mozzarella and put on top of meat. Bake 10-15 minutes more uncovered or until cheese melts and bubbles. To make more sauce, use 3 cans tomato sauce, marsala wine, oregano, anise and sliced mushrooms.

Serves 6.
