1 package frozen halibut fillets (about 1 lb)
salt, pepper
½ cup sour cream
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Thaw and dry fillets; place in shallow buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper. Spread thickly with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 425* Cooking time depends on thickness of fillets. When fish flakes easily when tested with fork- it is done.
