Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken, cut in bite-sized pieces
2 cups sliced celery
¼ cup chopped onion
1 cup blanched almonds-sliced
½ green pepper, chopped
3 cups cooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 TS lemon juice
4 oz. jar pimiento, cut up- salt, pepper, cayenne.

Mix ingredients together. Then add:

1 ½ cups (mayonnaise) Miracle Whip
½ cup water
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Place in 9”x13” greased pan or 4 qt casserole (I use the large white Corning Ware, black handle). Crumble enough potato chips to cover top. I top with blanched almonds. Bake 350* oven for 30 minutes or until completely bubbling. Serves 12.
