4 cooked chicken breasts
12 corn tortillas
1 can c. chicken soup
1 can c. mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 onion finely chopped
**1 can 7 oz. green chile salsa
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated

Bone chicken and cut in large pieces. Cut tortillas in 1” strips. Mix soups, milk, onion and chile salsa. Grease large shallow casserole (13”x9”). Add 2 tablespoons water or chicken broth. Place half of tortillas on bottom. Cover with half of the chicken and a third of the sauce. Repeat layers, ending with sauce. Top with cheese. Refrigerate 24 hrs. Next day, bake 300* - 1-1 ¼ hrs. Serves 8.
