1 lb. ground round, browned
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
¼ lb mushrooms
I can bamboo shoots
½ cup raw rice (I use Uncle Ben’s)
1 can sliced chestnuts

Combine:
¼ cup soy sauce
1 can c. mushroom soup
1 can water

Spread in layers in casserole. Pour soup mixture over all. Bake 350* for 30 minutes, covered. Stir and cover again. Bake another 30 or 40 minutes.

Serves 6.
