Ingredients:
1- 6oz. Package semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3 eggs, separated
1 Tablespoon rum (I use 2 T. sherry)
Whipped cream
Sliced pecans or toasted almonds

Melt chocolate pieces in a deep bowl placed over a pan of hot water. Gradually beat in yolks and rum/sherry. Remove from heat. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into chocolate mixture. Turn mixture into sundae or sherbert glasses. Cool. Top with whipped cream and nuts. Make servings small-rich dessert. Serves 4-6.
