4 eggs, separated
½ cup sugar
3 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. Lemon rind
1 cup whipping cream

Beat egg yolks until smooth and lemony. Beat in sugar, lemon juice and rind. In a double boiler stir yolk mixture over hot water until mixture thickens. Let cool. Meanwhile whip egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold whites into yolk mixture. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Spoon into serving glasses. Serve with lemon slices rolled in sugar.
