️⃣ Oven Preparation: Begin by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

️⃣ Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, blend the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference. Stir until everything is thoroughly mixed.

️⃣ Fill the Dish: Pour the chicken mixture into your prepared baking dish, smoothing it into an even layer.

️⃣ Prepare the Topping: In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until the mixture is well coated.

️⃣ Add the Topping: Evenly sprinkle the buttered cracker mixture over the chicken layer in the baking dish.

️⃣ Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole bubbles around the edges and the topping turns a delicious golden brown.

️⃣ Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes to cool slightly. If desired, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
