Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1¾ cup sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
⅔ cup milk
⅓ cup sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa*
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. coffee*
1 cup hot water

*If you would like a mocha flavor, decrease cocoa to half a cup and increase coffee to 2 teaspoons.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 5 ingredients with a hand mixer or KitchenAid.

Sift in the flour and mix, then add the remaining dry ingredients and mix. Add the cup of hot water last and mix.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes in a greased Bundt pan. To ensure that the cake doesn't stick, I grease the pan using hard pats of butter, and then melt a little butter and use a pastry brush to cover every part of the inside of the Bundt pan.

After removing from oven, let cake sit 10 minutes and then remove it form the pan so that it doesn't stick.

Drizzle with chocolate ganache frosting.
