•1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup flour made into a roux over medium heat
•1 clove minced garlic
slowly stir as roux thickens
•2 cups milk SLOWLY (otherwise it will be runny) added in, 1 splash at a time while stirring
•1&3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
slowly fold in cheese while stirring
•1/4teaspoon italian seasoning
•1/4 teaspoon red pepper
•1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
•salt and pepper to taste
