1 Cup Almond Flour
¼ Cup Cacao Powder
2T Coconut Oil
3T Maple Syrup
1t Vanilla
1/4t Salt
¼ Cup Dark Choc Chips

Choc Coating:
1 Cup Dark Choc
1T Coconut Oil

Directions:

Method:
Mix together all the ingredients except the choc chips until well combined. Fold in the choc chips, roll into balls and place on parchment paper. Freeze for at least 1 hour (or overnight) Meanwhile, melt the dark choc and coconut oil until smooth Then dip each truffle in the melted choc with a fork and place back onto parchment. Place in the fridge to harden and enjoy!🤗
