2 lbs. sausage *
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 8oz Sour Cream
1 8oz French Onion Dip
2 cups Shredded Cheese
1/2 cup Chopped Onion **
1/2 cup Chopped Green Pepper **
Salt & Pepper to taste ***
1 bag Frozen Hash Browns (thawed)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13 pan. Cook and DRAIN sausage. Combine soup, sour cream & French onion dip. Add onions, peppers & cheese. Fold in thawed hash browns.
Layer 1/2 potato mixture, then 1/2 sausage, repeat ending with remaining sausage. Cover with foil & bake 1 hour.

You can make this & freeze it to bring to the cabin! We’ve made a full batch & depending on how long we stay have split this in half & even 3rds. Just thaw it the night before in the fridge. Set it out 30 minutes before baking it!!!

*can use crumbled bacon or spicy sausage
**veggies are optional, can use more or less. Or omit all together
***we’ve added garlic or onion powder as well and went the spicy route using Tajin.
