4 6 oz Salmon Fillet
salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of Shaoxing wine
3 garlic cloves minced
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoon of Hoisin sauce
3 Tablespoon of Honey
1 Teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Directions:

Salt and pepper the salmon.

In a medium sized bowl combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, Shaoxing wine, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, soy sauce, Dijon Mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

Add the salmon and seasonings, let marinate for at least one hour or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium high heat. Brush some oil on the grill.

Place salmon on grill



Grill on each side for about two minutes or until cooked through.
