1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 medium to large onion
1 package of Ranch Style Dressing Mix (dry)
1 package of Taco mix
1 can of Rotel (use whole can if you like it hot or ½ if you are a wimp)
1 can chopped tomatoes (plain or flavored type)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can ranch style beans

Serving Ingredients:
Shredded cheese (taco flavored is best)
Tortilla chips or Fritos

Brown meat with onion – drain. Dump all other ingredients, including juice of all cans into a large pot. Mix thoroughly. Add water to make a soupy consistency (to counteract evaporation). Heat at least 20 minutes to meld flavors.
Serve with grated cheese and chips.
