1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Karo Syrup
Bring to a boil and remove from the heat
Stir 1 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter; 6 Cups Special K Cereal into the sugar mixture
Mix well and put in greased 9 x 11 pan
Melt 6 ounces of Butterscotch Chips and 12 ounces Chocolate Chips together
Spread on top of pan of bars.
