2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
1 tablespoon water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Cut chicken breasts into 1/2 inch strips.
In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, thyme, basil, and garlic powder.
In another shallow dish, beat eggs with 1 tablespoon water.
Dip chicken strips first in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and the coating is golden brown.
