Personal Notes:
Dad swears this is the easiest bread in the world to make. Over the years he has found different ways to proof the dough. He has finally settled on an old styrofoam cooler. Inside the cooler he simply adds a bottle of water that has been heated to boiling. Once all is inside and covered, don't uncover.

We have enjoyed soup bowls, chowder bowls and good ole fashioned slices covered in slabs of butter. We have also enjoyed making grilled cheese and other cold sandwiches. This has to be one of the most versatile staples in the house.

Who doesn't love a good ole warm piece of bread? Yummy.
