3 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup dry tapioca
1/2 pkg of Lipton Onion Soup - put contents in sifter and sift out the onions and only use the seasoning
1/2 bottle of Heinze Chili Sauce
1 tbsp. of mustard - I have used both mustard and grey poupon
5 shakes of Worchester from the bottle
Salt
Pepper
1/2 package of bread crumbs - I have used either bread crumbs or panko bread crumbs
Sometimes I will add cheddar cheese.....

Make separate and place to the side - to be put on partially cooked meatloaf
2/3 cups ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp of mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together - I wear rubber gloves and knead it all together
Put into a glass loaf pan
Place the filled glass loaf pan in another pan with a couple inches of water in the bottom
Bake for 1 hour - after 40 minutes baking time - Add the following:
Make a mixture of below ingredients and spread on top of partially cooked meatloaf
2/3 cups ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp of mustard
