1 lb. pasta
1 ½ c. heavy cream
1 T. butter
½ t. salt
¼ t. coarsely ground black pepper
¾ c. grated Parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain.
2. In a 2 quart saucepan, heat cream, butter, salt and pepper to boiling over medium-high heat. Boil until sauce has thickened slightly, 2-3 minutes. In warm bowl, toss pasta with Parmesan and sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
