Chocolate Sheet Cake
1 cup butter
1 cup water
1/4 cup cocoa (heaping)
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon (or less) I like maybe 1/4 tsp)
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Icing
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp cocoa (heaping)
1 pound powdered sugar (or however much it takes to make a soft consistency)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan put butter, water, and cocoa.
Bring to a boil.
In a separate bowl, stir together sugar, and flour. Add boiling mixture while still hot. Then add remaining ingredients. Beat 1 minute (or just until incorporated). Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet size pan (mine has sides and is a little smaller)
Bake 20 minutes at 380 degrees until sides start to leave the sides (do not overcook)
Ice while hot.
In a saucepan bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil. Take off stove and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake as soon as you remove it from the oven.
