1lb beef stir-fry strips or thinly sliced chicken, lamb or pork pieces
2 tsp Greek seasoning
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
6 soft Pita breads, warmed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 cup thin strips of cucumber
½ cup of crumbled feta cheese
½ cup ranch dressing or tzaziki

1. Cut meat into small pieces and toss with Greek seasoning.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Add the meat, half at a time and cook, stirring 2-3 minutes or until browned
3. Divide meat among the pitas top wit the tomatoes, cucumbers and feta. Drizzle with the ranch dressing or tzatziki
