1 cup water
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 4oz packages vanilla instant pudding
Large container of whipping cream
Assortment of fruit and berries (fresh and canned)

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Boil water in a saucepan. Add margarine and melt. Bring mixture to a boil. Add flour. Lift the pot from the stove while adding flour. Whip this mixture with a whisk. Remove from heat. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth. Spread batter on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300º and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely. The base will look bubbly and bumpy.

Whip cream cheese, milk, and vanilla pudding together. Spread this over the baked base. Spread a variety of fruit over the cream mixture.

Whip whipping cream and spread over the fruit. Top with chocolate shavings or drizzle with melted chocolate.
