300 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 square unsweetened baking chocolate (optional)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2-1 tsp mint extract
optional sprinkles, coloured sugar etc for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
Combine condensed milk, chocolate chips and baking chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until chocolate is completely melted (use 30s-1 minute intervals at 50-70% power). Stir in mint extract (orange extract is a tasty variation). Refrigerate until set (2-4 hours). Roll into about 2 cm diameter balls. Optionally roll each ball in sprinkles or coloured sugar (sugar mixed with food colouring).
